djdiggla
^ok. It's kinda hard to play. Tiny movements with your fingers to change note and hand movements to change octive. Also, to get a pleasing sound you must shake your hand constantly while doing all the above. I kinda wish I had got the nicer one with the extra octive. ... I think it's like $500 more for one additional octive (hard to justify), but I can see how that would be nice to have. Bubba--no recording booth... I thought about converting the closet. ...but I eventually decided not to. I don't rap or sing, and I'm not an audio/studio engineer, so what's the point, I figured. $a!n+
Pretty sexy! But... Fuck a Floyd Rose! I love my Edge Pro Trem.. Guess you love'em or hate'em I have a heavy hand so it sits on the bridge and always sharps everything. That and it's a bitch to change the strings. The guy who plays guit with my band has almost that exact guitar. Minus the pickgaurd.
Bubba
i dug what i heard bubba! sounds like you put some work into the peices, thats what its all about man! Word FLIP. some work yeah. I like taking time, working on the percussion, drums, breaks, percussions etc...I've worked a lot with samples...and the thing is, once I start making a beat, I don't just hear the loop, I can imagine the whole track...damn I tell ya I've got an orchestra playing maaaad ass stuff in my head...so for the past 5 yrs I've been trying to get it out of there and digitally processed...sadly most tracks never really make me completely happy. The late night drama track was hella fun to make though...the samples were prolly some of the most fucked up I've ever worked with...and I worked on the percussion and drums for ever...in all honesty one of my favourite tracks. That, aswell as the ending to the track sweet dreams...sadly I've still got the long version online...basically I gave it to my MC with 2x16bars so he could write stuff to it...but the ending is my absolute favourite. I wonder if people ever end up hearing it, cuz of the two 16ers before...you might stop listening after a while. Thx for checking out my stuff flip. PS: Regarding this topic...am currently renovating the studio...pics will follow soon.
