Once I've got a new LCD monitor, I'm gonna mount it on an arm attached to the wall above the decks, then I'll have 2 turntables set up permanently. Not that there is anything wrong with them decks or needles... just not as common, I guess... Becoming more common tho. I'm not a fan of the ortofons, personally.... that's what I started with. I like those decks tho. EDIT: interesting ur both down with the vestex tho. Figured u both for Rane people too. Don't know why... I guess it's like... pre-conceived notions and all that.. drummy Posted July 13, 2007 Share Posted July 13, 2007 Okay, I have mostly everything I want in terms of music gear, so here is my studio with it all: My desk with Event ALP 5 monitors, M-Audio Axiom 25 MIDI keyboard, Dell Inspiron E1505 with Ableton 6, desktop computer for everyday stuff, and HP NX6110 laptop for my decks (mostly for loopers when I'm at home, it's my school laptop though). My three turntables and two mixers, as well as some records. Close up pic of Vestax PDX-2000MKII Pro with M44-7, and Numark Pro SM-1 mixer with Pro X Fade. My black 1200s with Ortofon Concorde Q-berts and Rane TTM 56 mixer. My Numark banner with some of more records and most of my toy collection, if you want a close up of anything, tell me. Enjoy.
