Timing could be tightened a wee bit on some of the double time stuff, is the really fast double timed stuff twiddled or just clicked? The only way I can get things nearly that quick is twiddling, and I'm practicing to get that kind of speed. I think I can get to flip 'just clicks' vs twiddles, but maybe someone can school me- is it just not feasible to do it like that, is doubling my index/thumb speed the only way? c Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Guest Vekked Posted March 9, 2006 Share Posted March 9, 2006 ya, that was a pretty crap freestyle, but I'm more so trying to get suggestions to improve rather than impress anyone, thx for the feedback btw... and yea, those clicks are wrist style, I never twiddle really, unless I actually conciously think twiddle... you can get just as fast or faster twiddling for sure, it just won't have quite the same control/sound, not necessarily worse, just different... I suggest trying to learn wrist style, because it helps with all techniques not just flares, because if you speed up your wrist flares, your transforms will be sped up a bit, your stabs will be sped up a bit, everything is targetted rather than just twiddles... I still want to get faster than that though, those were only 1.5 times at the fastest, I want double timers... and I want them NOW! Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
