rygon
when i started learning guitar my teacher made me learn it...i found it pointless because i could use tab instead...yrs later i find that learning it has helped me a lot in learnin new songs and being able towrite wat i want down without spending hrs the next day trying to understand what i was doing the night b4..i think it should be taught at school

Frost
i can read music a little. went to keyboard lessons a long ass time ago, so got taught it there. sacked that off though, was boring. been taught guitar on and off by my old man for a long long time. i rarely need to use it so much of it is forgotten. tabs are piece of piss though. i think being able to read music helps a lot with production aswell. im out... Gizmo
I have stopped reading books and only read sheet music these days. Character development and plot are somewhat lacking thought,

Alan
I played the flute and the trombone for a while. (As a child (3rd to 7th grade) - I'm now 20). I stopped because I lost interest in it. My parents made me do it.
