Steve
Here's version 1 of the track. I'm still waiting for 2 or 3 files to come in so I can complete version 2. Electric City made the beat, I did the three choruses, then each DJ added 8 bars of cuts. This one features: - Dub-Se7enDeriveSigmaiExistDissCussCheeMonkey-HandsTyraFromSaigon The links are direct downloads (zip files): - .:. MP3 VERSION (6.39MB) .:. .:. FLAC VERSION (19.2MB) .:. Orion Scorpio
This is brilliantly put together, wish it was just a fraction bit longer though, maybe by 20-25 seconds? Nevermind, give yourselves a round of applause.
stalk
nice cutting for sure, not feeling the beat tho. but since it's all about the cutz, I'd say this is a job well done.

la ressistance
That sounds fucking class. You should make an album of collabs,it would be wicked to drive to.

Huw
good track. i think the beat is quite cool to be fair. who is electric city anyways?
Steve
He's from another forum. To be fair he did send me some alternative parts of the beat to break it up a bit, but I couldn't get it to sound right.
Lorn
The beat doesn't really allow for any sense of style to come through. I hear mostly power cuts. I think it'd be a sick track if the beat was slower and less goofy, cuz you guys are pretty fresh on the cut.
Steve
Cheers Lorn. If you have any full length beats around the 80-90 BPM mark then hook me up for the next collab track if you like.

$a!n+
mr steve.. I may have a track or two for yall to cut to as well...<{POST_SNAPBACK}> Would have made sense to get a beat from someone on DV if your going to do a DV collab. Especially if peeps arent diggin the beat.
TopherEightyFive
fresh cuts. very inspiring guys. good job in puttin it together steve
Steve
Electric City is a member of DV, although not an active one. I only called it a DV collab track because the 8 DJs on it are all members here. I asked people on other forums to be on it too, but they didn't submit files (not yet anyway). I like the beat personally but it's a bit repetitive. That's my fault though, not E.C.'s.
