Jon Posted October 7, 2013 Share Posted October 7, 2013 It's just how dmc do online stuff. They will post the winner and then upload the whole battle a couple of years after the dvd is released. They don't really do bonus footage these days (though there was the champ showcases this year) so it's not good business sense for them to upload the whole thing. He actually said in the online battle I kinda got lost in the shuffle and he would've put me 5th or something that year, and that watching 27 six min routines was kind of hard. I can feel that just based on how tough it was judging the first round of the DV battle. I don't think it was a political decision putting Esquire 3rd really, I think both of us sitting anywhere between 3rd and 5th is reasonable.I'm really surprised Netik put me 1st, pretty sweet though. I think the dynamic with DMC Online really changes things, like people who hadn't seen my DMC Online were a lot more impressed by my filter stuff than people who saw the vid and already had an idea of how I was doing it.
