2ndhand Posted March 30, 2005 Share Posted March 30, 2005 lol bump indeedi've had a look at your site and i'll explain the 4/10 rating i gave it: sort out the page titles - the very first page you see is called "untitled document". and there is some others too. do you use layers in this site? you shouldnt need to. tables (or tables within tables) should be fine. and then you wont get any overlapping - this page http://www.dextrousmonkey.com/Biographypage.htm has that overlapping thing. make the guestbook link in the same guise (and in the same place!) as the main links. the marquee is a bit speedy, and its not easy to read the red writing on the white grid. places like javaboutique (google it) has some good marques / news tickers that slide along and stop etc etc etc. apart from the above its good. i like the scratch notation theme. experiment with hooking all the pages to a css (or at least creating them from the same master) so that all text types / sizes are the same. also go for a bit of cell padding to space the pictures away from the text when using a table (like in the bio section) there that's constructive! It feels real restricted to a small area and it lacks color. Would be nice to have a color somewhere. I would be willing to help you with the form (design) because you have the function down.
