rygon
BBC has some great music on their website. Unfortunately its only up for 1week before being replaced. This guide will show you how to record their shows. You will needStreambox VCR (registery needed) open the bbc link you want to record their web player will start streaming the music. On the player itself right click and view page info. now click on media and scroll down until you see a web address with "embed" next to it. save this link once the .rpm link is saved, open it in notepad. This will show another link (.ra) which can be added to streambox in order to d/l the mix
dextrous
Cool, didn't realise it was that easy with streambox. I've used it before and the only way I got it to work was by trawling through countless pages of html via 'view:source'. For the link to the stream.Cheers. dextrous
I've actually just tried this method for the first time and it doesn't work! Not for me anyway.I don't get 'view page info' when I right click, and even if I add the ra file by viewing the source streambox tries to connect, can't and gives up. Max
You only get "view page info" in firefox.
Guest $mooth
You can probably use Streamripper32 to do this. LINK No registration required. Just copy n paste the url/IP into it.
