Guest Symatic
mate i've tried it. its shit it all peels off round the fader. thats why i made a perspec faceplate, so you can print and cut out your graphics onto paper, then put that under the perspex so it stays clean, fresh, and exciting!
ericuk
second ^ I tried spraying my faceplate years ago, then covered it in a plastic laminate that eventually peeled away and then I got paint on my hands.

goldielocksnthethreebrares
I used the same material that we use to put over the grooves on new stampers, its basically like the film you get on the screen on a new mobile phone. Its sort of sticky on one side, but not like a sticker that leaves the sticky bit on the surface when removed. Its been on my 08 about 6 months and its still perfect, only thing it is a blue not a clear material. My mixer is about 1-2 mm thick, (top plate) if anyone wants theirs done, PM me.
