Man I rocked this on my way in to work and it beat the London underground blues, only about half way thru at the minute tho. It's well ace.

I have tried to pin down my 4lyf3 buddy Jimmy on this but where do you go digging in London?

Ah man I love Format, when (if) I come and buy that Nanopad I'll check it out. By the way just listened to the end of the mix, quality down to the wire!

very true. Boogie's going through a bit of a rennaisance recently - its the closest i've ever been to current/relevant!

I'm just wondering what's the difference between Disco and Boogie and Boogie and Funk? I'm listening to Rick James' Greatest Hits and just wondering what it is...I also like GoGo for the record. Choooooonz.

I'd class boogie as more of the squelchy synth based stuff, and its generally a bit more spacious on the drums. Disco's generally 16-beat and tends to be more about the bass guitar/strings/brass. I'd class Rick James as funk more than Boogie or Disco, but its more boogie than disco.

thats just how i interpret it anyways
