dextrous
What is the hot multi IO external card these days?I'm thinking at least 4in 4out. With MIDI posrts preferably.
x2k
I'm using an Echo AudioFire12 at the moment, not the highest quality or the cheapest but sits nicely somewhere in between. The do an AudioFire4 which has 4in/4outs and Midi IO with the added bonus of 2 mic pres on 2 of the inputs which may be worth a look. Depends what you're after tbh, there's fucking loads of stuff out there.

dextrous
Anyone got any experience of the ESI U46 XL? Seems to be just about what I need and can afford.Anyone know if it can take a phono input for running a DVS or would I need to preamp my tables? (As it's an off offshoot of the "4DJ" it would make sense that it should take phono direct but I can't find that stated anywhere)
