What I focused on mainly when I played out was good record selection & Good quality mixing, but I always tried to vary my mixing techniques throughout a set....and this has been further enhanced by being able to scratch at a compentant level...hopefully getting better all the time.... Deft Posted January 28, 2006 Share Posted January 28, 2006 Decent set of tunes - been quite into the squidgy electro-house/clash/whatever recently.Mixing could be smoother in places - nice to hear something not mixed using software though (which seems quite rare nowadays).Kept me entertained whilst reading the paper.
