PSP is a scaled down home console, complete with with horrible loading times and games that are basically pointless portable remakes that don't work as little 5 min bursts of fun which is what a portable should be good at. Dreamcast was WAY under-rated, there are shitloads of amazing games for it: all the 2D fighters - SF alpha 3, SF3 impact/3rd strike, marvel vs capcom2, capcom vs snk 2, best version of puyo puyo made, virtua tennis 2, guilty gear x, ferrari f355, REZ (amazing), bangai O, ikaruga (2nd best shooter ever), skies of arcadia, shenmue 1/2, border down, cosmic smash (rare but worth tracking down), giga wing 2... loads more its worth getting a VGA adaptor, many of these games look beautiful on a monitor, you'll probably need a CRT one as it still comparitively low res... things like virtua tennis, RES and puyo look sick through VGA tho.
