Thank you Shimmer! I've had to retrain going at a slower tempo today (75 to 89ish) due to overtraining in uptempo speeds the past week. I try to maintain a delicate balance between uptempo and downtempo because with that control it is possible to do progressive gradation in your cuts allowing better scratch expression I hope that makes sense Yeah, I get ya. Good way of thinking. I could do with thinking like that. I rush too much and I’m very impatient. Bless

I purchased the Mixars Cut a couple months ago. Really good mixer if you don't use software. Nearly as soon as I got it though one of my 1200's went haywire so I'm down to one turntable, bleedin shite cracked. Have to use YouTube on me iPad if want a mixing sesh. But yeah dope mixer. The fader is defo not scratch-ready, had to stuff 2 cigarette filters selotaped together into it. Bought an SP 404A also the other week. Having major fun jamming on it but I think the cuntin thing blew up my hi-fi, had to knick me ma's then.

Yah, start closed. 1 sound forward, 2 sounds in reverse. Add transformers for variation. Cool video, I ain't seen before. I neglect the reverse/mirrored OG flare too much. It's harder for hamster scratchers. I always thought that a pinch was when you start closed, go normal to slowish forward and kinda whip back then close fader. What he's calling a pinch I'd call a forward, backwards or a just a single transformer.
