  1. How long have you been doing this show Panda? What's the listenership and feedback like?
  2. I've been wondering, what is it you think that you bring to the table as a dj that makes you stand out? How do these qualities or skills prove successful or unsuccessful? When you think about it, the game is over saturated with djs of all kinds. It's become very difficult to get that break that some of us sought after. I have spent hours, sometimes just pondering; "how the hell can I get ahead in this game?" These 'pondering sessions' however, have been of no avail. So...share your thoughts and responses, the floor is opened.
  3. Took a listen on my way to class this morning. Good stuff, as always, keep that up.
  4. Word. Wax On, at least you getting something in return, right?

  6. Hey, I was just wondering, what do you guys think of online radio shows? Are they worth it? I had one on faderwave a while back and I quit it because I wasn't sure of how much more exposure I was getting. I know some of us on here have radio shows, how do you guys use it as a way to promote yourself? Is there anything else besides getting people to listen really? IMHO, there really isn't.
  7. How long ago was this mix? A traclist might be nice too, I guess. Some of the tunes that I like mixing or in that mix, Like Gang Starr-Discipline & Love Of Da Game.
  8. This was a cool mix Jon. There were some favorites of mine in there and the reggae influenced beats were dope-the track right after Welcome To Jamrock was a perfect example. There were a few things that could have been better, probably a few transitions could have been a bit smoother. Along with one or two rough edges when performing some basic tricks. Other than that not a bad mix but it definitely needs some work in order to contain that love factor. Thanks for posting, you should upload some more stuff.
  9. All the suggestions above are great Vekked. I think it all has to do with what you're feeling at the moment in the mix, unless it's a programmed mix-sometimes, even programmed mixes require some last minute changes.
  10. I got to this thread late Disscuss. Wish I got here earlier. The Mad Lion track I think you are referring to is called Take It Easy, I can't remember the label though. How did the gig go?
  11. I have seen this numerous times online. I never tried it though, so I don't know how accurate the process is. It's cool that the vids are available. Nice find.
  12. I have listened to some Rage but I can't imagine what Zach's like solo. We'll see.
  13. A completed listen here. Nice show dude. What's your listenership like? Do you know? There are some dope hip hop tracks that you play on the show. I must admit, a lot of it I don't know but would love to get a hold of. Asian Hawk's(sp) set was dope too man, he has some interesting selections. His set was pretty neat overall(props for some of those 80's tracks). Great show!
  14. Got ya Panda. Sometimes the toughest job in this biz is promoting yourself. However, I urge you to keep pressing on and keep bringing them mix tapes-I am on my second or third listen with SNC 3 and I am sure there are a few people like myself.
  15. Yo Panda! I just got a chance to listen to this one man. I remember listening to SNC 1 and 2 before. Definitely quality mixes. Well put together. SNC 3 was also dope but a little less funky when compared to 1 & 2. Not that there's anything wrong with that, I am just giving some feedback. The Full Clip juggle and the juggle before the outro was nuts-really tight man, you're on point. Thanks for bringing some really sweet mixtapes. How's the promotion going or how did it go?
  16. I started listening Panda, however, didn't finish. Hopefully I'll finish later. So far it sounds decent though.
  17. I'll definitely check this out later on, thanks for the post.
  18. Nice loop man, I can't really describe it but it's relaxing and yet real intense in a sorta way. Good cuts also.
  19. Illness dude. There is nothing else I can say, it's not like you're a newb.
  20. That's tight, I like how the Blu Cantrell part sounds over the beat. Logically I don't know how "why don't we break up" fits in but it sounds dope still..not saying that it has to fit. Good job again, now all that's left is to finish it.
  21. As much as the interviewer wasn't great, Necro didn't handle the interview well either. Up to this point I have no idea what he was talking about, the whole thing was pointless. What happens to the people listening to this interview who have no idea about who Necro is? Obviously this is no good way to introduce them to the music.
  22. Yeh definitely dope. It did take some time for the Four Brothers track to grow on me but when it sinks in, it sticks with you.
