jsong56 Posted October 26, 2005 Share Posted October 26, 2005 hey ive seen a mod to put a focus fader (not sure if it ff1 or ff2) in anyvestax mixer, namely 05's 06's and 07's. ive got a qfo but i cant see why itwouldnt be the same. can someone tell me or point me to a link which can tell me how to get a focus fader in a qfo? also is it a focus fader 1 or 2 i need? lastly and most importantly, is it possible to mod a stanton p&g fader into a vestax mixer, namely a qfo? out of the stanton p&g and the focus fader, the focus fader is supposed to be morebuttery yeah? thanks guys Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Blak Randy Posted October 26, 2005 Share Posted October 26, 2005 1st up dood, I'd avoid a focus fader. I fucking loath them things. They are so light you can hardly control them. I'd rather leave the PCV in and mod it for tight cut in and slickness. I'm pretty sure a Stanton PnG will plug straight in elecrtics wise with no mods on that side. The problem is that the mounting holes are in a different place so you may need to sort that. Buy an EB Pro X Fader if you can afford it. those shits are imense. The best fader I have used.
