dextrous
Vajra is one of my favurite drum scratchers, proper slept on.<{POST_SNAPBACK}> Yeah he's cool but battle style drumming always sounds rushed and fast for the sake of it....I want to hear drumming with some swing....shortkut is cool but again...same old kick/snare patterns ....you'd think people would actually try a HIHAT once in a while...*sigh*<{POST_SNAPBACK}> Watch that video I posted to the end again. He does some of the most ridicoolus shuffle patterns on the hi hat that I've ever seen. He's not just about chirp flaring a kick snare. chile
vajras drum scratching is so ill... came 2nd in US DMC finals 2003 and 3rd in the same finals for 2004... his drumming in both of those routines is fucking sickkk.. the drumming he does at the end of the 2003 routine ive never heard anyone else do.. was making an echo fading effect by drumming with the crossfaders curve set on gradual.. original shit

airnino
you can do nice drum patterns with the delayed flare. here's a rough sample i just recorded: http://s63.yousendit.com/d.aspx?id=1KLO6UA...4X0LJZK937OW8BP
airnino
btw the flirp does also offer great opportunities for drumming, but one has to be very accurate. lil mike does some in the bnn vid footage recently posted (at 1 hour 59min. 30 secs.).
