Steve Posted April 21, 2021 Share Posted April 21, 2021 One thing that kinda sucked about the Xbox platform compared to its competitors is that Xbox Live Gold was required to play online, even in games that are otherwise free to play. Starting today, MS are removing the Gold requirement for F2P games, as well as for using party chat and the "looking for group" feature on an Xbox console.
