Some files have Digital Rights Management embedded into them. This enables companies to protect their content so either you need a license to play the file, or it will automatically delete itself after a set period of time.

 

If you really want the mix, you could try using a program called FreeMe, which you can get HERE. This is a command line interface app that removes DRM from audio and video content. I've never used it, so I can't vouch for how well it works.
