Wax On
A mate of mine is looking at booking a DJ for an AV set for a public performance, after Yoda played last year. He's asked me about Woody, and while he's tight and a top guy, I was wondering if there's anyone else who does a more "across the board" type show, as Woody's is straight up hip hop. I just want to make sure I give my mate the options rather than just going "yeah go for him cos I know I'll enjoy it"

Wax On
Cheers mate. The stuff Mike Relm was doing at one point seemed really good, but I doubt they could make that happen!
Guest petesasqwax
Pleasure man. I've known Cheeba for ages and he's superb. He has a broader appeal than just hip-hop and additionally his Beastie Boys mix with Strictly Kev and Moneyshot is a thing of absolute beauty
Jon
In addition to Cheeba, Tom Central and Cosmo Lopez, who are residents at Soundcrash in London, do a wicked show which is more dancefloor orientated and covers house, hiphop, jungle, beats etc. This is a set of theirs from a couple of years back: http://vimeo.com/38310643
Jon
his Beastie Boys mix with Strictly Kev and Moneyshot is a thing of absolute beauty They're touring this at the moment but I don't think it always has visuals but it looks like it's a dope show! Wax On
Cheers guys, I'll have a chat with my mate. If its more of a general public type thing then Woody's is probably the best to go for I think - if its for the local hipsters then that changes things...
