I have no idea why, but pretty much any embedded YouTube music video I watched came up with one of those "restricted" messages, with one of various company names attached. I just assumed it was big companies being twats and blocking embeds as it was always Universal, Warner, Sony or VEVO that was mentioned, but it wasn't. I don't know why Opera was causing that to happen, but an uninstall/reinstall fixed the problem and now embedded videos play normally again. Strange.
