Total E I wouldn't say was best of 98 but he's one of the GOAT, I would say 96 or 97 was his big year... I'm not sure he's ever had a JUGGLE OF THE YEAR but he has classic juggles upon classic juggles regardless. But there's only one 1998 Juggle of the Year and it hasn't been named.
