2ndhand Posted August 11, 2004 Share Posted August 11, 2004 if it's outlook, then there should be a .pst file that holds all the data. find it. open outlook, then "open personal folders" then browse for the .pst file. you should be able to work with it ok. 2ndhand Posted August 11, 2004 Share Posted August 11, 2004 in fact if he is gonna go back to using outlook 2000 after the repairs/reinstall then just keep the .pst file safe somewhere. and point the freshly installed outlook to the exist .pst file outlook is the best for this, and most versatile.
