Steve Posted October 20, 2011 Author Share Posted October 20, 2011 There is currently an issue with pasting text/links into posts using the mouse (right-click - paste) if you use the rich text editing mode. This issue occurs with the current versions of Opera, IE and Firefox, but Chrome is not affected. Workarounds: - 1. Press the "Toggle editing mode" button (top-left of the posting box) to switch to plain text mode, then paste works just fine.2. Use Ctrl + V on your keyboard to paste instead, which will work in both rich text and plain text modes. This bug has been confirmed, so it should be fixed in a future version. In previous versions of the forum, if you quoted a post and replied, it would look like this: - Quoted text! Reply! So a blank line was automatically inserted between the quote and your reply to space it out. Now it looks like this: - Quoted text!Reply! You can insert the line manually of course.
