UI should get some massage and have em strip those crunchies out! I'm sure u can find some good stretches too.. Also basically CT is a result of building up a lot of muscles in a specific area from extended use.. the muscles get stuck on each other and it gets all inflamed... if you build up the opposing muscles it will help a lot--kinda like how you can build leg muscles to tighten up yer knee joint..... ask Bubba what to do, he's a freaking doctor Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
