Liam
Hardly best of british though? Damon Albarn and Jamie Hewlett created the band, but input has come from all over the globe. Whoever does TGFPA's fact checking should be sacked. Can you even point to England on a globe?!? 2tall
tis all but marketing, power of the ad innit. half of the shit they say "produced by dj soandso" is produced by him/her as an exec role with a whole gang of people doing shit (and getting paid by the hour too)

djdiggla
Zach told my dad about u beating up that old guy which was fucked since I only told him because he told me he leaves the vault without taking his notebook--so I told him b/c that was a wakeup for me to start locking my case every time and never leave anything out... But instead of thinking about what he is/might be doing wrong he tells old man VP. So then I get asked about it last night at dinner b/c of all the shit with those fucks down there and he was afraid u were fighting them! So I had to tell the story and make u out to be a hero and told him the old guy got arrested for attacking you. ... ... So, not my fault this time. I did damage control and made you look like a bad-ass and my mom said you "sure know how to handle youself in every situation" and anyways... not my fault. I'm never telling zack shit again, that dumb fucker. I don't even know how that would come up in a conversation.

Liam
it was just a fucking thank you Ha ha fair enough mate, I was only ripping the piss a bit after the Lady Sov. business. Seriously though, the Gorillaz aren't what you'd call a quintissentially British act. Thank us for Roots Manuva or something. Hell, thank us for the Beatles or the Sex Pistols or whatever, ha ha.
