alkatrazz
There's been a bruhaha a brewin' in Britain concerning electronic bugs found on the bottom of curbside garbage bins, or to use the British lingo, wheelie bins.......... Liam
I thought this was well known... they're also equipping many dustcarts with weighing devices. I fucking wish my council would do this, I've had four bins nicked in two years, I might be able to tracke the fuckers down

Steve
they're also equipping many dustcarts with weighing devices. It's a good idea I reckon. Charge people depending on how much stuff they throw away. It encourages recycling too.
rygon
yeh steve great idea in principle but i very much doubt they would remove the part of the council tax on refuse waste. It will be on top. I try and recycle as much as possible. I dont buy tetra packaging as it isnt recycled around me, shopping bags are reused etc. I go through 1 shopping bag of waste every 2wks normally (although i do live on my own)
