I solved this myself after much googling by deleting all 'Syncrosoft' registry entrys.

I downloaded a prog called speedfan and took this screenshot.

Aight my System specs are... Graphics Card: ATI Radeon X1300 Series , 256MB Processor: Pentium D 3Ghz Memory: 1GB RAM Hard Disc: 250GB with 105GB free Souncard: Realtek HD I can play 'Battlefield 2' and 'City of Heroes' perfectly fine for hours on end. Im just gonna go get my BIOS info 1 sec.

My PC is fine. but. If i play Battlefield 2142 within 30 minutes of playing i will get a BSOD (Blue Screen Of Death) , the file it comes up with as the culprit is... cledx2ky.sys Any ideas how to fix this?its rly pissin me off.
