I want some pre made samples so i can get to grips with the anatomy of those crazy ass rhythms. Really, i have a problem with drum loops. I don't like them. I always program my own but i just want something mainly to play my bass along with. I've got this terrible habit of making everything sound like drum and bass.

Where can i find acoustic jazz drumloops? I'm looking myself but you can never have enough samples. I'm looking for really crazy stuff that scatters all over the place yet has a noticable rhythm too.

Fruityloops is easily the answer in my opinion. Easy to use. It has all the basics you need. I've been writing for 6 years and i still use fruityloops here and there. Why don't you try some demos for some software? Just google search for programs you've heard about and you should easily find some demos for download.

Nice. If there's one thing I 100% regret, it's selling my Marshall stack. Fucking lunacy. That was the sweetest sounding amp I've ever owned.
