These layouts are pretty basic and not really copyrighted, your going to be changing all the images anyway so there's no real way they can tell that you took the code!

i reckon the easiest way to do a site is go to somewhere like MyGen and look at their layout pages. These pages are designed for myspace, but with a bit of changing here and there the html can be used on any website. look at the 'overlay' section, overlays are simply .div covers that allow you to apply Html on top of this, with a little trial and error you should be able to make some really nice looking pages pretty quickly.

problem could be with the port in the ipod itself though, if the line in is fine the cpu will read it regardless but if the actual port of the ipod is damaged itunes cant detect the information on the ipod...

No sadly its true, we did a documentary a while back on online gaming and this came up. People develop and design virtual 'property' and clothes and sell them in the game world. Several people have even quit their full time jobs as they were making so much money off the back of this. People have payed literally thousands of dollars for virtual 'property'.
