This guy makes some decent digital scratch and beat juggling records. https://rmdbeatmaker.bandcamp.com/ Edit: Don't think they are available in wav format actually.
I've just bought some Reloop RP7000 Mk2's second hand and I am pretty impressed with them so far, feel pretty solid and probably prefer the feel of them over my trusty Vestax PDX 2300's. I should mention that one of the platters has a very slight wobble to it but I've not noticed it effecting the performance yet. Not sure how common this is on other turntables?
Does anyone else struggle with the fader bouncing back when cutting from side to side so it's not fully muting out the sound on one of the decks? Or do I just need to be less shit and more careful? Seems like if my fader was a bit stiffer I wouldn't have this issue, but then that would be shit for scratching!
I bought a Vestax spin 2 in red off amazon for £150, linked up to my old iPhone, Dj pro and Spotify. Having too much fun with it, best thing I've bought in a long time!!
Anyone got or used one of these? Looking to get one for the main reason that it has Spotify integration and I like the idea of having all that music to mess around with. The demo vids I have seen of it in use look pretty good, just wondered if anyone her has any hands on experience?
That's exactly what mine showed! I had a "sorry we couldn't deliver" card in the post at work which explained that it was at the post office and what amount needed to paid. Bit annoyed that it cost more than expected but it is definitely worth it IMHO
This fader is no joke! Just had a decent blast on it, no pops, smooth as your like (as it should be) just like cutting on my Z1. Massive step up from my OG raiden and Jesse Dean.
Anyone from the UK get charged extra? I have just had to pay an extra £15.72 at the post office to get my fader as apparently I wasn't charged enough VAT. £7.72 VAT plus a bloody £8.00 handling charge!
