  3. Same problem here whith an pt01 scratch from a m8 of mine. Can i just unplug the white cable from the usb board and leave the input an power on?
  4. Did you hear any of Eric B's solo LP? If you're any doubt as to where all the talent lay in the group 'Eric B & Rakim', this should do it for you. Rakim did most of the scratches himself
  5. Is it me or are there no decent entries besides this dude? (havnt checked them all but the ones i watched where really bad)
  6. Freaky dude (last year was even more freaky) but he's easely one of the most skilled contenders
  7. I bought mine from http://www.die-radiowerkstatt.de/riemen.html (also bought one in a slightly different size, but the one I described above works best) I bought mine from http://www.die-radiowerkstatt.de/riemen.html (also bought one in a slightly different size, but the one I described above works best) You can surely find a dealer in Your area (or on ebay). I did. It's all parts or machines made for tinkering. Generally, anything that cannot machine steel, and even has a hard time with aluminum, is a toy. Anyway, I'm working on another PT01 tonearm modification, this time for the stock cartridge. I have measured the weight onto the stylus to be ~2.6 gramms, and I'm wondering how much I should target for. I've seen that the majority puts a coin onto the tonearm, but a coin easily weighs 3-4 gramms, meaning that people use ~6 gramms total. That's a lot, almost turns that cheap stylus into a box cutter. Any hints about a reasonable force to use? r My German isn't that good but the dimensions: d =94 mm h = 5 mm s = 0.45 mm you mentioned in the earlier post meant to be placed in the "Interaktive Berechnung"?
  8. Reaction from Rob Swift at his FBpage: Society at large has created two breeds of men, a Nobodi and the Somebody. As a result of their unimportance, a Nobodi will always seek the attention of the Somebody. For no other reason than to obtain the qualities the Somebody possesses. Confidence, Poise and Heart are some of the most desired traits sought after on behalf of a Nobodi. These same qualities are intrinsic to the Somebody. The Somebody knows before he can attract the recognition, admiration and respect of others, he must first cultivate them within himself. And so when the Somebody speaks or voices an opinion, he does so without the approval of anyone who's listening. Why would he? He's self assured in his truth. A Nobodi isn't. A Nobodi's truth is the truth of those outside of himself. And so it's typical for a Nobodi to experience bouts with anger, frustration and depression that are in turn displaced on the very Somebody they strive to be. What's more, a Nobodi doesn't have many female friends and in some cases will threaten women (*respect DJ Lady Styles) as a means of bolstering his false sense of "inner strength". A Nobodi also resorts to social media gossip and other forms of cyber passive aggressive behavior due in part to his scarce social skills. The Somebody demonstrates empathy towards a Nobodi and does what he can, within reason, to help a Nobodi discover himself. Nobodi da vinylist, I trust my response to your "Rob Swift Diss" will help you succeed in accomplishing your goal of wracking up more facebook "LIKES" and youtube views. Although I've never mentioned your name in any of my posts regarding the ways I personally feel DJs can progress in their craft. Although you're never a thought in my mind, if I may be candid, I forgot you existed. I'm more than happy to tag you on my page. I can say, without any fear of error, the light I'm shining on you is just what you need to reach the desired 15 minutes of fame you seek. #HelpOthersWheneverPossible And the video Rob posted with it https://www.facebook.com/djrobswift/videos/1339631996096419/

I tried grounding the start/stop button with the third wire tot the blackwire atached to the spring (thought that was for groundig to the chasis but now it only plays 78 rpm and the start stop button has no effect (keeps spinning at 78 rpm) anybody an idea how to fix this?
  10. That would be a 2 click transform? the taps arent the problem but to leave the fader at open requires to variate not only pressure from the middle finger but also from the thump? Or increase the pressure from the middle finger above the presurre from the thump? Hope that makes sense haha
