Hi All, I just wanted to share the problems I am having with my Pioneer PLX1000's. If you're thinking about getting one, you should take this into account. My first unit arrived with a wobbly tonearm, I suspect the gimble screws on the arm assembly to be the cause. The arm lock has nowt effect on this looseness and the actual tonearm itself wobbles/rattles. Sent it back and received another new unit, opened it up and bam, same shit. I am hoping it was a dud batch and I will be happy with my third and final unit... Has anyone else had this sort of problem, or noticed this on a unit they have tried?

The death penalty is wrong imho. But national service isn't, send all those thieving stabbing cunts to the front line, dress them up in fancy dress and hand them spud guns. Has Jack, taken a few steps back? The 2 intros into one groove is pretty sick. I know there are records with 2 grooves per side out there so I guess its just an evolution on that, meeting into the one groove. The hologram idea was pinched of an old A&M record from ages ago. I understand it was designed to show real copies of the record not fake/bootlegged copies. Like the holograms on dvds The lockgroove has been done aswell. VF076 has a whole side of just lockgrooves and one of which is on the outer edge. The label groove idea is good, but it sounds like shit. His other stuff is much more pioneering in my eyes, water filled record, playabler etched side and a record within a record trumps this shit.

If you can get one of those 'dunse' hats, you know, without the beak and a propeller on top, that would be jokes, accompanied by the rotaiting bow tie, and I'd pay to see that!

So after 4 years it died. 02 where switching the internet over to sky so I called sky and they gave me a deal where I get internet and phone line for £7.50 per month. So I now get phone and internet off sky for less than 02's web alone. Snice!
