nice. i love playing the mallets. i wish i owned a vibraphone or a marimba. you can get some dope sounds outta them but they're too expensive. i've been playing percussion since 5th grade (bout 6 years). do you play at all?

thanks for the advice. it helped a ton. i was messing with the eq today and i think i got my track the way i want it. the bass that i was eqing was a stretched out kick. it was pretty deep and glitchy and made for an ill bass line.

so lately i've been having the problem of eqing my bass properly. if i make a big and full bass sound, it tends not to show up on small computer speakers or ends up distorting them. but if i play the track in some real speakers, the bass sounds perfect. is there any way to eq the bass so that it sounds the same in both kinds of speakers? i'm using ableton live.

very dope man. i enjoyed it. good skills and good songs. just a question tho. do you play tony hawk's pro skater/underground? a lot these songs have been in them.
