Steve Posted July 29, 2011 Share Posted July 29, 2011 Not too many people seem to use Mixcrate compared to SoundCloud and Mixcloud, but it's pretty good. You can upload as many mixes as you like with a free account and the individual file size limit is a healthy 190 MB. It's streaming only (EDIT - no, it's not. Users can download and stream), so users can't download your mixes, but there is also no automatic scanning of your files to see if they breach copyright, like there is on SoundCloud. The UI of the site certainly isn't as nice as the others, but yeah - I think it's worth using as well as the other sites, if not as a replacement for them.
