djFatNipples
yo... i posted this shit on funkshitupand got absolutely no responses.i hope you ppl try some of these out.there mad fun. let yr boy hook yall up. for those of you w/VSTi hosts, here's some realtime loop recordereffect plug-ins i've hunted down.all of them can sync up w/the hostsBPM, and all are MIDI friendly, and stereo. ELOTTRONIX XL (pc)i can't get this one to work in FLS[my main host], seems to freeze it up.but FLS has some occasional issues w/plug-ins designed in Synth Edit.but it appears to work fine in ableton.http://www.uv.es/%7Eruizcan/p_vst.htm LOOPY LLama (pc/mac)this one right here is the one i'mvouching for. designed well and easy touse. been kicking it in Fruity non stopw/ some digital delays jus b4 it. lay down ametronome for a drum beat and then keep layering on top of that.i've been having a blast fabricating loops w/this one.ya gotta redownload it every six monthsthough. its not a demo, the designerjus put a time limit on cause he doesn'tknow if he's gonna sell it in the future.http://rekliner.com/?PageID=14 MOBIUS (pc)this one here can act as an external applicationas well as a host plug-in.this is the onei'm trying to learn beacause it appears tohave the most options. but the visual designis trash and makes it hard to operate andset up all the preferenes. oh yeah, can't get this one to work in FLS either, but again its fine in ableton, so ifigure cubase or nuendo shouldn't bea problem and fruity is jus being picky.http://www.zonemobius.com/index.html i didn't realize what my ass was missingnot owning one of those looper pedals.shits so much fucking fun cranking out loops.if ya don't have an RC-20 or a Jamman, but got a vsti host and a half decentsound card, start building up someloops w/this shit. i think i'm gonnahook up w/one of those pedals too.shits fvcking opened my eyes.
