Steve
It's set in Baghdad in the 9th century. There will be 4 districts to explore. The game supposedly goes back to Assassin's Creed's roots, with a focus on stealth, parkour, and assassinations and a more condensed, linear story. The RPG elements of the newer AC games has been removed. To me, that's definitely a good thing. It's out next year on Xbox, PlayStation, and PC. There will be 3 versions. A standard version for $50, a deluxe edition for $60 that includes some extra content (details TBA), and a collector's edition for $150 that comes with a statue, art book etc. There is another AC game in the works set in feudal Japan, and that one will be more like the newer AC games, with RPG elements and an open world with less linear progression.
