It gives you access to all of Ubisoft's games for a monthly fee, including being able to play new releases on release day, plus you get the premium versions of games including any DLC, season passes etc. rather than the standard versions. There's no mention of how it will be priced on Xbox or how exactly it will work, in terms of whether it will be the same as the PC version, and/or if it will be integrated into Game Pass Ultimate. I suspect it will be more limited than the PC version, but also cheaper and integrated into Ultimate, so perhaps it will be more like EA Play. In related news, the upcoming new Rainbow Six game, Rainbow Six Extraction, will be part of Game Pass on Xbox and PC from release day (January 20th).
