AC Balanced Hippopotamus

chile

Recommended Posts

The alternating chirp balanced hippopotamus consists of two balanced hippopotamus' which are spaced out by repeated sequences of 1 and 2 chirps. This particular pattern starts phased at the closed point of a chirp, increasing its weirdness factor by 34%.

dope!

pete samsquanch posted a vid the other day which really made something click in my head, it's this:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q15LqTowvhA

and she is explaining the "down up down up" concept to him to do this bassline, plucking down then up and doing stuff off beat and on beat, very similar to fader clicks and starting fwd or bwd with baby scratches.

also i like how the different parts of each scratch you post can be learned as their own combo as well.

I'm no authority on this, but I'm pretty sure that's the illest hashtag in existence

I would like to put forward the motion that if Pete continues to derail scratching threads into guitar/pedal related train wrecks just because he's done with turntables, he should be banned just like in the good old days

Hehe - I didn't do this, it was Sy! If anything I tried to claw it back by saying she would be ill on the cuts.
