Deft
It's an interesting read. I guess you need to tread extremely carefully with those kind of financial sharks (assuming that post is a fair representation of events). I think I'd be too paranoid to trust anyone if I was running a small / medium business. Also - I always wondered who bought all those shitty clothes, seems like everyone apart from me. Guest rasteri
Wow. I guess you really can't trust anyone in finance.
Frost
God, that's sad. I used to buy all my dnb from chemrec back in the day. Wurzel Grimmage.
Steve
Yeah, it's shit. It seems like a case of too much stock and not enough cash in a market that started to take a downturn, but RSM Tenon really shafted them with the promise that they could keep trading, only for Barclays to freeze their accounts. Guest rasteri
Any decent person would want this sort of behaviour made illegal, but our government expressly supports it. These are the people that run our economy now. Our government represents them, not us. EDIT : sorry, went a bit Alex Jones there

goldielocksnthethreebrares
That is sad man.Chemical always gave me top notch service, soo sad they are gone. The government should step in and muscle barclays out of business! Barclays are a bunch of slags. When I was at college, they came in offering free water pistols if you signed up for a credit card.It was the middle of the summer, and I wanted the super soaker to wet all the girls tshirts, so I signed up.I had the water pistol over lunch and it was great. I remember I had this tutor and he was a right prick, I remember he came out of the staff office and I sprayed him in the groin area so his sad ass self looked like he pissed himself, it was great, almost one of my proudest moments... Anyways I got into trouble over that and the gun was confiscated etc... But it was tottaly worth it.Anyways about a month later a credit card arrives, being 16 and not giving a fuck about anything, I go out and spunk the lot!Records, booze, drugs, you name it. Then I get stuck paying off the minimum payments for like 3 years, until luckily, my gran helped me repay the sum and fuck barclays off for good. Who the fuck offers a 16 year old a credit card, they should be ashamed of themselves!the limit was only £500 but still, what 16 year old can afford to pay that off when you have more important shit going on like going to the park to get pissed and chase girls?!My life lesson : I'd never go near barclays again if you paid me!Fuck you Barclays, fuck you up your tight ass shitter, dry! Guest rasteri
Same thing happened to me except it was a popcorn machine instead of a water pistol
doppelkorn
I thought you had to be 18 to have a credit card?
goldielocksnthethreebrares
I thought you had to be 18 to have a credit card? Hahahaha not for barclays, they are like jimmy saville, they like em young. I think that was why my limit was a monkey, not grands..... And thank fuck for that! goldielocksnthethreebrares
Probably the same law that states you have to be 18+ to get a phone contract, yet I still need to call up to verify I'm over 18 so I can download porn, death or gore on my phone, WTF?!
