Steve
Anyone else here affected by this? It's a nationwide issue, but it's not affecting every customer. Loads of YouTube videos never start to play, some start and then just stop and never start again, and a minority of videos still play just fine. It's been going on since September 3rd. It also affects other Google services, such as Google Play, so I can't download/update many apps on my Android phone via Wi-Fi. It's caused by Virgin caching Google/YouTube content on their own servers. There's clearly some kind of issue with them. If you use a proxy/VPN, the problem goes away.
