Guest rasteri
If you go to control panel->system->device manager, is the microkontrol listed in sound/video/game controllers?
Wax On
Yeah, says the driver is installed etc...could it be because I'm using it on USB power? Mind you i should still get the options for it in the ableton midi settings though yeah?
Guest rasteri
If it appears in sound/video/game controllers it should appear in ableton... you sure it's not there and just called "USB audio device" or something? sometimes stuff gets detected with generic names. Wax On
No, its detected as Microkontrol I'm sure. Could it be anything to do with USB1 bandwidth? I think I had to put my dicers in a specific USB port for that reason. Even so, it should show in the Live midi settings eh?
Guest rasteri
Does it show up in any other MIDI apps, or is it just Ableton that doesn't support it?
d00ban
I dunno man, never had much luck with my nano stuff + ableton myself!
amatic
have you put it into the ableton midi script folder(unless its already in there)..if its not you will need to make sure it is.
