ericuk
My touch screen isn't responding. It's still in warranty but I did root the phone (which would void warranty). I've done a factory restore but not been able to reset the binary counter, so warranty could be void! Before I go down the phone shop route, has anyone fixed this problem before? djnumnuts
Did this happen just after you rooted it?http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s4/help

djnumnuts
Just wonder how you can reset the counter without the need of the screen.
ericuk
yeah I gave up looking in the end It's out of my hands now. I took it to a samsung repair shop and they couldn't fix it, so its gone somewhere else for further inspection. If they refuse to fix it because of the root I will just have to call them cunts and pay for it. I wonder if they will try to find the cause of the problem or a way out of fixing it first?
