Android users - which music player do you use?

I'm currently using PlayerPro. It's pretty slick. It's customisable without overwhelming you with options. It's skinnable and has a nice selection of widgets. It will pull in info/artwork/lyrics from the web if you want it to. It plays all kinds of formats including FLAC, does gapless playback etc.

Here's the main player view: -

Large home screen widget with shuffle/repeat buttons. Tapping the widget takes you into track listing view, although that's customisable: -

Album list view. You can customise this view so you can have it as a list instead of a grid. You can also customise the tabs at the top - I only use Albums and Artists: -

If you hold your finger down on the right-hand side and slide it up and down, a letter of the alphabet appears so you can quickly get to the exact album you want: -

Artist view. I use an expandable list here, so you can tap an artist to view all of their albums: -

You can also choose to put controls in the notification area and the lock screen: -

It's not free, but it's only £3.25: -

There's a trial version here: -

are you still using this? or have you found a better one?

can you play stuff at like 1.1x and 1.2x speeds, without chipmunk vocals? i prefer listening to podcasts and audiobooks at faster speeds.

i guess i'll just download the trial anyway...

I am still using it, but for podcasts and audiobooks I would recommend DoggCatcher, which does have the ability to speed up playback without chipmunk vocals up to 1.5x. PlayerPro is really just for music playback, but DoggCatcher is a proper podcast handler with support for audio, video and news feeds.

I use a few

player pro for mixes, poweramp for singles, carcast for podcasts

just prefer to have separate players for different music types which means finding your place is easier should you want a change of style etc.
