DJ Rock Well
Not winning any prizes here, just making up the numbers! Yoshi - the beat is 1:56 in length but I can't get rid of an extra 10 secs of silence at the end when I bounce the track, so I'm hoping you can ignore the to 2:06 playtime listed on the soundcloud player. For better or for worse, I'm gonna try and get something posted every month.

Jon
Fuck it http://soundcloud.com/jon1st/dvscratchbeat/s-awA0y The other day on a coach journey I made a track on my laptop just out of samples from my iTunes library (as I have no vsts or sample packs on my laptop). I chopped a section out of the track, added regular snares and sped it up (it was originally around 85/170bpm) to make it more scratch friendly. *edit- I think 2 or 3 of the drum hits are from a teeny sample pack. DJ Rock Well
Love the loose, warm, jazzy vibe... reckon it would work equally well for scratching or vocals. Serious props for so sensitively matching the drums with the sample.
