It doesn't relate to your exact drivers, but the situation is the same: - You might have a problem with your USB driver installation. According to Microsoft Technet information, error code 39 means that "Reasons for this error include a driver that is not present; a binary file that is corrupt; a file I/O problem, or a driver that references an entry point in another binary file that could not be loaded." Solution for an error code 39 is to Uninstall the driver, and then click Scan for hardware changes to reinstall or upgrade the driver. If it is not possible to load up Windows in normal mode, try to start the system in Safe Mode and uninstall the driver in this mode.
