I would agree with you that it's almost quite chilled. thanks steve! originally it was planned to be quite geeky/clicky, but then it took a calmer shape so thought i'd go with that route. seems to be a winner as its popular with dnb heads but also others that arent into dnb i like how it shows theres more than one side to dnb and its not laways what people expect. the next couple wont be as soft tho im afraid. the last 2 mixes i've done i've used all my favorite tracks of that kind, so cant follow them up for a while lol thanks again for the listen!! xo Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I think I got put off a lot of D&B cos the couple of friends I have that are into it are into the more hard sounding shit like Dillinja which just isn't my cuppa tea. I do like the odd "hard sounding" track (don't ask me about sub-genres, haha), like this for instance: - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gsaCZ-DCH6s But I definitely prefer the more melodic stuff that you played in that mix.
