IT WONT RECORD :'( Whenever i try to burn a disk (whatever program i use) it gets to 6% then fails. Now this has only started happening since i reinstalled XP although i have never known it do this before. Steve Posted August 10, 2004 Share Posted August 10, 2004 Does it say that it's burning the "Lead-in" bit and then it freezes? I had exactly the same problem with Nero burning audio CDs - they froze up at 6%. I messed about with ASPI and stuff and eventually it started to work again.
