computer clean up

recently my computer has been freaking out

my mate stumpy told me to check this site out

and it really helped get rid of sum nasty stuff..

 

however - towards the bottom where it explains the Online Scan steps..

DO NOT use the Panda Online Virus Scanner, it will infect your comp

my Avast went crazy wen it started the scan

detecting Virus/Worms..

 

 

 

other than that its really good guide!

to some of you it might be a bit self explanitory

but for someone like me who dusnt know a great deal about comps it helps..
