Steve Posted August 3, 2006 Share Posted August 3, 2006 If you've just joined the site, first off - validate your account by checking your email and responding to the message you should have received. Quite a few people join up, but forget to do that and wonder why they can't post. Secondly, if you're a new member you can no longer use the shoutbox.
